Reflection on the Implementation of Localization

Anjita Child Development Foundation in collaboration with SwissContact conducted reflection meeting on the progress of EmpowerHerthrough Skills ( EHS) programm. The training was conducted from 25th to 26th May, 2026 at Antique Hotel, Morogor Region.

The training provided an important platform for learning, sharing experiences, and reflecting on progress, achievements, and challenges in advancing localization practices regarding the program. Participants engaged in meaningful discussions on strengthening local leadership, ownership, partnership, and sustainable impact within development initiatives.

The EHS program supported 150 Young mothers in tairoing and Beauty Saloon Vocational skills in Kibaha Dc and Kibaha Municipal. Out of 150 enrolled Youngs, 143 completed the training which 95.3% and out of 143 who completed , 124 which is 86% Young Mothers have established their own bussines and are active in bussines until now.

For the financial year 2025/2026 Anjita has enrolled anothe 150 second batch for the Vocational Skills in weaving kntting and handcraft, batiki , Food processing and preservation and Batiki making.

ANJITA remains committed is Empwering Young mothers and collaborate with Government and other stakeholders for the betterment of the Youth and Children.
